Community Room

Bringing Neighbors Together, One Gathering at a Time

Life's special moments are even better when there's a place to share them.

Our community room offers residents a convenient space for family celebrations, birthday parties, get-togethers, and other approved gatherings.

Whether you're celebrating a milestone or simply bringing people together, having a gathering space close to home makes those moments a little easier.

The community room is available exclusively to Timberline Estates residents by reservation, with a refundable $100 deposit.

A welcoming space where celebrations happen and memories are made.
