Prohibited Items & Activities

Some activities simply don't belong in a residential neighborhood.

Timberline Estates maintains community standards that help protect the safety, comfort, and peaceful enjoyment of our neighborhood.

Certain activities, equipment, and outdoor uses are restricted or prohibited when they create unnecessary hazards, excessive disturbances, property damage, or interfere with the enjoyment of neighboring homes.

For example, fireworks and recreational off-road vehicle use are not permitted within the community.

What we value: Safe recreational choices, peaceful surroundings, and consideration for the entire neighborhood.
