At Timberline Estates, our neighborhood streets are shared by residents, children, pedestrians, and visitors. We ask everyone entering our community to drive carefully, remain alert, and respect our posted speed limit of 15 MPH.

Our goal is to maintain peaceful residential streets where neighbors can walk, children can enjoy the outdoors, and families can feel comfortable in their surroundings.
