The Timberline Pet Meet & Greet is an approval-based appointment for residents requesting an exception to our community pet guidelines. If a pet falls outside of standard size or weight requirements, this meeting allows management to evaluate the pet’s temperament, behavior, and overall compatibility within the community. During the meet and greet, we’ll observe interactions and discuss expectations to ensure a safe and positive environment for all residents and pets. If approved, the pet may be granted a conditional acceptance with a probationary period. Final approval is based on behavior, compliance with community rules, and overall fit within Timberline Estates.
